Ballot papers were issued to every member along with the Congregational Brochure that outlined the plans for the future. This allowed members to indicate whether or not they supported the plans laid out in the Brochure. A deadline for the return of forms was set and by that time, 454 ballot papers were retuned, 399 in favour of proceeding. Since the close of the ballot a further ten have been received all in favour. This is a strong indication of support from the congregation.
